Roller Conveyors

Frame width 350mm, 450mm, 650mm and 950 mm overall or customized as required. Conveyor height customized according to site requirement. Colors can be finishedd on request. Galvanised and stainless-steel frames are also available against specific order.
Standard rollers for conveyor frames are 50mm and 60mm diameter. They are available in Steel and Galvanised Steel in both Medium Duty and heavy-Duty versions to suit varying loads orconditions. Stainless steel rollers also provided on demand.
Spring loaded axles slot into holes along the frame. it allows for easy replacement of damaged rollers.
We supply standard gravity conveyor with rollers at columnized pitches. The Two types of pedestal supports are available.
Both styles provide adjustment from 600 – 1000mm. the conveyor frame via a smiley (crescent) plate. This plate allows for angular alignment during installation. Pipe stands are also available for economy or for applications where the conveyor may be moved on a frequent basis
